Terms & Conditions
Upon acceptance of your application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy, as amended from time to time (together, the Terms), in relation to the Services provided under your Pavilion membership, as set out below. These Terms apply to all clubs operating under Delahaye LLP, Pavilion EC4 Ltd, Pavilion Knightsbridge Ltd and Pavilion Fulham Green Ltd (together “Pavilion”, and each a “Club”).
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity you represent and warrant that you have all necessary right, authority and consent to bind such entity to these Terms. The address and contact details for Pavilion can be found in our Privacy Policy.
In these Terms, references to “Services” refer to services specific to your membership package which may include but are not limited to, exclusive access to member-only events and a supplementary app, special rates for private hire and meeting rooms and co-working spaces in any of our 4 central London locations, and certain other services specified in your membership package.
Membership Packages
You agree to the fees associated with our chosen membership package, as set out here. You agree to pay a non-refundable joining fee on confirmation of acceptance of your application. In addition, the relevant membership fee is payable monthly in advance by direct debit from the commencement of your membership.
Duration and Renewal
Your membership shall commence from the date your welcome email is sent and will run for a minimum period of one year, after which your membership will automatically renew for successive periods of one year, unless you serve notice at least one month in advance of that renewal, by email to contactus@pavilion.club.
Corporate Memberships
Please note that a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 members may be registered on a corporate account at any one time.
Guest Policy
Members are welcome to bring up to 3 guests each time they visit. All guests must check in at reception.
During working hours, the same guest is able to visit with a member for up to 10 visits. After these visits, a membership application for that guest is required for them to continue co-working at the Club.
There is more flexibility for social gatherings such as dinner, drinks & events.
Freezing Your Membership
Memberships can be frozen for a maximum of three months in any 12-month period. You understand that you should provide Pavilion with one full calendar months’ notice by email to contactus@pavilion.club freeze your membership.
Price ChangesWe reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time. Members will be notified of such changes before each renewal.
Availability of our Club Premises
You acknowledge that the premises we offer our Services from may at times close for necessary maintenance and members will be informed of any changes or temporary closure in advance. We will endeavour to ensure that Services are reinstated as soon as possible.
Changes To Our Services or These Terms
We reserve the right to make any modifications, deletions or additions to these Terms and will provide you with notice of any material changes to these Terms or to Services that apply to you, by emailing the last email address provided for your membership account. Your continued use of our Services will signify your acceptance of any changes.
Other
Eligibility
Membership access is only available to individuals aged 18 or over.
Liability of Pavilion
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage or theft of personal items or injury to you or your guest whilst inside any of our Pavilion clubs.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or restricts our liability for death or personal injury resulting fromPavilion’s negligence, its representatives and/or agents.
Severability
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that these terms and conditions adhere strictly to the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, in the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
Governing Law
In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms, the laws of England and Wales will apply.
Additional Terms for Apps
End-User License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Pavilion mobile application (provided in association with the Dots) on a compatible mobile device, that you own or control, solely for the purposes of managing your membership, whilst you hold a membership with us.
Data Usage Fees
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for data usage fees and any other fees that your wireless service carrier may charge in connection with your use of the mobile application.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Joint Controller Statement

When you use the Pavilion Club App that connects with The Dots, The Dots is a joint controller with Ocubis Limited (trading as ‘Pavilion Club‘) over some of your data.
This webpage is intended by The Dots and Pavilion Club to be the written arrangements between joint controllers as required by data protection laws.
What does it mean to be joint controllers?
The Dots and Pavilion Club jointly decide what some of your data is used for, and what data is shared between them.
When The Dots and Pavilion Club are joint controllers?
When you create or sign in to your The Dots account using the Pavilion Club App:
- Pavilion Club helps The Dots verify whether the account details you entered into the App match their records, and provides your email address to The Dots to complete the form that invites you to sign in or create an account with The Dots.
- If you don’t have an account with The Dots yet, Pavilion Club will make the following information available to The Dots: your first and last name, profile picture. The Dots uses this data to complete a draft profile for you with The Dots and add you to relevant groups in the App (e.g. Pavilion Club). You can edit your draft profile and any of this data that has been provided to us by Pavilion Club before creating your Dots account.
- If you provide The Dots with your seniority, job title and experience as part of creating an account with The Dots, this data may be shared with Pavilion Club.When you use the Pavilion Club App:
- The Dots and Pavilion Club collect analytical information about how you use the App, such as which sections you use the most. The Dots provides the technology to capture this data, which is made available to Pavilion Club via an analytics dashboard. The Dots’ technology will also track errors or issues you encounter whilst using the App.
